Bear Weather Fans

 Ben Johnson set out as Chicago Bears head coach with a simple goal: keep them from ever checking under the floorboard. They must never know. Never know . But before that, he had a different, more palatable goal: set the record for the highest-scoring offense in NFL history. The Bears are playing their 107th season. There are 32 teams. To have the audacity to plant your flag and set your sights on the greatest ever is frankly equally crazy. That being said, he's doing it. So far, anyways. Here, we'll live-update the Bears against the NFL record 37.9 points per game:

Here's the total draft capital teams have had over the past 4 seasons: (Draft pick values based on Spielberger-Fitzgerald model) Yes, the Bears have had the third-most draft capital over the past four seasons of any team in the NFL. Why cut it off at 4? Because rookie contracts are 4 seasons. Drafted players within the last 4 seasons = on the cheap.
